7 Talk In Limit
About The Lesson
In this lesson we come to know that we should speak only when it’s needed. A lot of talk may
hurt other's feelings.
Sagar was a shy boy. He remained quiet in class even as well. All the
other children made fun of him. This made Sagar sad.
So, Sagar thought over it for a few days and went to speak to his
teacher. He said, “Ma’am, is there any good in talking a lot?”
The teacher smiled and said, “Toads and frogs croak night and day, but
no one pays any attention to them. But the rooster crows at a certain
time early morning and wakes up everyone.”
Saying this the teacher smiled at her student and said, “This proves
that no good comes out of talking a lot. When you speak too much,
sometimes you may say things without thinking, and it may hurt
someone’s feelings. What is important is to say the right thing at the right
time, Sagar”
