National Song
Vande Matram is our national song. Vande

Matram was composed by Bankim Chandra
Chatterji. It was sung first time in 1896

session of the Indian National Congress.
The National song has an equal status with

National Anthem. It should be respected and Bankim Chandra Chatterjee
sung in stipulated time. Vande Mataram!

National Anthem
Every country has its national anthem. Jana-Gana-Mana is our national anthem.

Our national anthem was written by the famous poet Rabindra Nath Tagore. It was
adopted by the constituent assembly on 24th January 1950. It was sung first time
on 27th December. There are 5 stanzas in the song

but only first stanza of the song is adopted as
the national anthem. The singing time of the
