Importance of Games in Our Life
It is essential for a human
being to live a happy life.
To live a happy life, it is
necessary to be healthy. A
healthy mind in a healthy
body is essential, and to
live a healthy life, a
person must be physically
and mentally fit. Games
play a crucial role in the
life of human beings to
keep them healthy and
happy. Both indoor and outdoor games help people in living happy life.
Games are significant for a person to live a healthy life. Games not only keep
humans physically fit but also help in keeping them mentally fit. Playing
games is very important for the fitness of the body for people of every age.
Still, they are most important for young age children, as they require more
attention for physical and mental growth during their growing period.
Outdoor games like running, football, kabaddi help us develop physical
fitness, and indoor games like chess, carom etc, help build concentration
and make us mentally fit. We should avoid playing games or mobiles
phones as they make us more addicted to them.
Team in games teach us the lesson of unity and brotherhood. Rules in
games teach us discipline. When you play games, you will develop honesty,
teamwork, leadership, and strategic planning. Hence games make us fit
both mentally are physically.
