One night Akbar, the Mughal
was standing on the roof of his
palace with his wise minister, Birbal. He looked up and saw many shining
stars
across the night sky.
“Birbal, can you tell me the
number of stars in the sky?” asked
Akbar.
“Yes, my lord!” replied the
Birbal. “As many as the hair on a
horse’s tail.”
