read well. I am going to share my food out of my bright, new lunch box,

and I am going to play! School will be great fun !

We reached the school gate. I waved goodbye to my parents.

Mrs Batra is our class teacher. She smiled at us, asked our names and
patted us on our heads. She took us around the school. She also gave us

the timetable and some books.

It was a fun-filled day altogether. I rushed back home and told my
mother and father about my first day at school. I started thinking about

going back to school the next day.
