Respect Others
We must always respect others. Respecting means giving your
consideration of somebody’s preferences, feelings, thoughts and ideas.
In our nation, every person deserves respect, irrespective of any
differences. We should respect our elders, including our parents and
teachers, and love our siblings and friends. If you want respect from others,
you first need to have self-respect.
From childhood, our parents
and elders taught us how to
respect others. Respecting our
nation’s law and regulations is
also essential. Our country has
people with different moral
values, religion and cultural
background. But irrespective
of all the factors, we should
respect everyone. Respect
comes from the qualities, abilities and achievements of whoever you want
to respect. Respect is a sign of ethical behaviour. We develop great respect
for people we consider honest and lose respect for those we discover to be
false and greedy, and so we may try to respect only those who are truly
worthy of our respect. We may learn that jobs and relationships become
unbearable if we receive no respect in them.
If you want people to respect you, then you have to respect them too. If you
will not respect the person, that will also not respect you. For a better life,
it’s very important to be respected by the people around you.
Keeping your promises is one of the most significant action you can make to
start getting respect from others.
